01/02/08  AFS converts its business entity to a Limited Liability Company.  AudioFile Solutions, LLC is the new company name, based in Colorado Springs, CO..

09/20/07  AFS is now offering higher quality printing on its CD and DVD in-house duplication services.  Direct-to-disc printing is now standard on all duplication orders.  In addition, our turnaround time for processing orders has decreased.  It is now typical that an order of 100 CDs or DVDs will ship within two days of receiving the order.

08/14/06  We are bringing back our free audio file offer.  New customers now receive their first sound file for free.  As a way to reach out to businesses nationwide, AFS is offering a free sound file for new customers who schedule more than one conference recording.  Company's simply call the AFS reservations line at 877)237-3453 to schedule a conference recording and delivery of their sound file.  Churches can also take advantage of this offer by sending AFS a recording of a sermon.  AFS will convert the recording to a digital format of their choice.  Promotion will run until August 31, 2006.

04/15/05  Our PowerPoint conversion services now include output to DVD and many other forms of video including Windows Media, Real Media, HTML, Mpeg-1, Mpeg-2, and Flash.

10/11/04  AFS signs business partner agreement with Premiere Conferencing to resell its full line of conferencing services.  Customers will be able to learn about services, check current prices, and create their own ReadyConference® Plus credit card account all from the AFS web site.

10/01/03  A demo of our PowerPoint Service is now available online.  This service allows for the synchronization of PowerPoint slides with audio, video, digital pictures and HTML.  Any user who has Internet Explorer 5.0 or later and the Windows Media player can view the presentation.
