MP3, WMA, M4A, WAV, SND, VOX, DSS, AIF, MP4, WMV, MPG, MOV, MP2, ASF, VM1, CD, DVD, cassette, microcassette, records, reel-to-reel, telephone, iPhone, cell phone, VHS. In most cases, if you can play the file on your computer, we should be able to transcribe it.
We deliver in MS Word or WordPerfect® formats, PDF, RTF, TXT or HTML, FTP, or on a disk or a drive.
Our “normal” turnaround time is 3-business days from start to completion. “Rush” service is available for those projects that absolutely need to be completed in 24 hours. (Both are contingent upon availability)
The majority of our customers pay our base rate of $1.98 per recorded minute. We have a 30-minute minimum charge. We only use native English-speaking workers and believe in paying them an honest, livable wage.
Our base rate is contingent upon good audio quality, no heavy accents, and limited background noise. However, the audio doesn’t have to be perfect. We will review the audio once it is in-house and alert you if the price needs to be adjusted. We’ll do this before we begin work so you know exactly what you are paying before we start.
Our normal formatting includes removing stuttering, partial words, and ahs and ums. Verbatim is also available. If you have special formatting requests, please let us know.
Yes! Our audio transcription services are especially valuable when used in combination with our audio editing service. We can remove ahs, ums, stumbles, long pauses, you name it. We can also add music, sound effects, and/or a professional voiceover. Contact us for more info.
Yes! Our conference recording service will capture your conference call or webinar in high definition. We will then transcribe it and deliver it to you—normally within 3-business days. Rush service is available and contingent upon availability.
Yes. Just let us know where you want us to start and end. If you have more than one start and end point, we can edit the file with our audio editing service for an additional fee.
Yes. We can timestamp the top of each page for an additional charge.
